For the works in our Visual Arts Permanent Collection, please fill out this form.

The registrar’s office will notify you if intellectual property rights need to be cleared for the reproduction of images and will provide contact information, if available. After the rights have been cleared, reproduction contracts typically take up to two weeks to finalize. Reproduction fees vary and depend on the print run and type of publication. Rush processing may be possible (additional fees apply). If a work has not been photographed, new photography may be possible with sufficient notice (additional fees apply).
