Kalisi Café Paint Cake and Sip Coffee Night – Waiver and Acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions
By registering for the Paint Cake and Sip Coffee Night at Kalisi Café in Crofton, British Columbia, on January 9, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Event Details and Nonrefundable Policy: The event includes a piece of cake, one beverage, and finger foods.
This event is for adults only; all participants must be 18 years of age or older, and no children are permitted.
Payment is nonrefundable unless the event is canceled by Kalisi Café. In the event of cancellation by Kalisi Café, a full refund will be issued.
Waiver of Liability: I understand and acknowledge that participation in the paint cake and sip coffee activity and consumption of food and beverages involve inherent risks, including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or injury. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Kalisi Café, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from or related to my participation in the event or consumption of food and beverages provided.
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in the event and use of the facilities involve risks, and I voluntarily assume all such risks. I confirm that I am responsible for ensuring my own safety, including informing Kalisi Café of any food allergies or medical conditions prior to the event.
Agreement to Terms: By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. I acknowledge that this waiver is binding on myself, my heirs, and my legal representatives.
