The Carrier hereby appoints the Dispatcher as its true and lawful attorney-in-fact for the limited purpose of: - Communicating with freight brokers and shippers on behalf of the Carrier. - Requesting and receiving load confirmations and rate agreements. - Signing rate confirmations solely for booking freight. - Providing necessary documents to brokers or shippers as required. 2. Limitations - Dispatcher shall not sign contracts outside the scope of booking loads. - Dispatcher shall not assume liability or responsibility for debts, insurance, fuel, equipment, or driver obligations of the Carrier. - Dispatcher's authority ends upon written revocation by Carrier.

3. Term This Limited Power of Attorney shall remain effective until revoked in writing by the Carrier.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
