1P - Participant Registration

March 13th - 15th, 2026!

WELCOME TO THE YOUNG MUSICIAN'S PROGRAM FAMILY CAMP-IN

This is a revised registration application. Please read it carefully.

REGISTRATION PROGRAM GUIDLINES:

To qualify for entry into this fun, educational, and motivational program, youth and parents/guardians/chaperones will agree to:

1) Take an active role in the various opportunities provided throughout the weekend. (You will work in some team activities unless pre-approved you will need to be there for the full weekend.)

2) Attend the Young Performer's Showcase on Saturday Afternoon.

3) Attend the MANDATORY Saturday Morning Meet and Greet Youth Breakfast Meeting no later than 9:45am.

4) Be between 5 yrs and 23 yrs of age OR an alumnus of the program OR a pre-approved volunteer.

5) Minor Youth: For emergiencies, an adult parent/guardian must be on the facility grounds at all times.

6) Gate Entry: 16 yrs and under are free to enter. 17 to 23 yrs who are participating are free. 17 and above not participating will require an entry ticket. Pre-approved volunteer will be free. You will receive a gate pass ticket, in your email, prior to the opening of the festival to hand in at the gate along with any money due.

7) Camping: We have a designated Young Musician's Camping Area. Tent campers are free. Electric plug-in campers of any kind are $45/night. Fees will be paid upon arrival. You will be assigned an electric site. Tent campers will be shown where to set up. Choosing to camp elsewhere on the Ranch property is on a first come - first serve basis.

8) There is a tradition of Young Musician Program participants opening and closing the festival. More information will follow. Youth campers can be admitted on Thursday of the festival/camp week. All fees apply when necessary.

9) Attendance during our Youth Showcase performance at the Azalea Stage is expected to support your peers and see the upcoming potiental for future performances.

IMPORTANT: An email form requesting additional information will be sent to you, so please keep an eye out for it. It is VITAL you return the form to us ASAP as this information is used for planning, purchasing, and volunteering, etc. Without this information we can not organize the program.

You will receive a reply email when we receive your form, however if you do not receive notification from us by February 21st of the festival year, assume we have NOT RECEIVED it and re-send it.

CAUTION: IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR INFORMATION BY MARCH 1st, YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE PROGRAM.
