SHOWCASE AND PROGRAM GUIDELINES:
1) Applicants will send in an appropriate headshot.
2) Applicants will submit a sample of their performing unless previously selected to perform in a Showcase or as an Adult performer.
3) Applicants must be 23 yrs of age or younger unless a member of your band is within the ages of 5 yrs to 23 yrs old, or you are an alumnus of the program.
4) Performer/band will receive a stipend. Amounts may vary from year to year.
5) Band members will each receive one guest pass. Names for the guests must be submitted no later than February 14th.
6) Minors: One adult guardian must remain on the property at all times.
7) Gate Rules: 16 yrs old and under are free. 17 - 23 yrs old participants are free. 17 or above non-participants must have an entry ticket. Band members receive one guest ticket per member. Pre-approved volunteers are free.
8) Camping: We have a designated Young Musician's Camping Area. Tent campers are free. Electric plug-in campers of any kind are $45/night. Fees will be paid upon arrival. You will be assigned an electric site. Tent campers will be shown where to set up. Chosing to camp elsewhere on the Ranch property is on a first come - first serve basis.
9) You must assign a person to represent your band who will submit an IRS tax form in order to receive your stipend.
10) Any changes in band members must be approved ahead of time. We expect the members we review on the submission with this application to be the band members performing.
11) You must be at the location a minimum of a half hour prior to your set, tuned and ready to perform. It is encouraged, when possible, to attend the entire showcase to support your peers in the program.
12) Sets include stage load on/load off time and adhere to strict limits to assure everyone gets their approprate time and the sound techs can run the stage smoothly.
13) You must attend the manditory Meet and Greet Breakfast meeting on Saturday morning no later than 9:45am and take an active role in the activities held throughout the weekend whenever possible.
