- All bookings are managed by Courtside Works Pty Ltd trading as Rogue Gun Photography & Media.
- A booking is confirmed once payment or written approval is received.
- Deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable but transferable if the event is rescheduled and we are available.
- Final invoices are due within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Images are delivered digitally and include a non-exclusive licence for organisational and promotional use.
- Copyright remains with Rogue Gun Photography & Media. Files may not be resold, edited, or distributed to third parties without written consent.
- We work discreetly and professionally - credit is appreciated but not required.
- Rogue Gun adheres to Australian child-safeguarding and confidentiality standards.
- We are not liable for delays or data loss caused by technical failure or circumstances beyond our control.
