  • Personal Assistant Ticket Information

  • A Personal Assistant ticket (PA ticket) is a complimentary version of a standard ticket.

Victorious Festival provides these to ensure that customers who would be unable to attend the festival without additional support due to their disability, are not prohibited from doing so, by the additional cost of covering their PA’s ticket.

This ticket is NOT required to use accessible facilities on site. These facilities are available for customers who need them, without having to ‘prove’ they are eligible.

PLEASE NOTE You will need the following for a PA ticket:

A copy of one of these eligibility documents:

    • Front page of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)letter/statement
    • Front page of DLA letter/statement
    • Evidence of being severely sight impaired
    • Access Card/national Disability Card with + 1 symbol.

Please hide sensitive information such as payment amounts where possible.

Please note - Blue badges are not accepted as eligibility for a PA ticket.

  • Personal Assistant Terms and Conditions – Please Read:

By accepting a complimentary PA ticket, the PA accepts responsibility for providing the additional support required to access Victorious Festival, including in an emergency or evacuation, and must be capable of and available to provide this support throughout the customer’s visit.

The personal assistant must be at least 16 years of age, although we recognise the support provided by young carers, our policy is that young people aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

As this policy is potentially open to misuse, we require proof of eligibility as described above. Where a customer provides suitable proof of eligibility and proof of their purchase of a standard ticket, they will be granted a PA ticket.

We will cancel tickets acquired by anyone found to be misusing this facility.

We need to see relevant supporting evidence of the need for additional support, in order to facilitate this. Please review our full terms and conditions HERE, which apply to all bookings including those for personal assistants.

  • Thank you for confirming you do not need a PA ticket. If this is in error, please fill this form out again

  • Viewing Platforms

  • Our accessible viewing platform is designed to support customers who need additional height to view the stages - primarily wheelchair users and those with conditions that mean they can’t see from ground level.

If you don’t need the raised platform but require extra space away from crowds, you can request access to the reserved grass area in front of the platform.

    Platform Area (Raised)

    • Designed for wheelchair and mobility aid users or those who cannot see from ground level.
    • Passes are issued for you and one Personal Assistant (PA).
    • The PA pass is a lanyard, allowing members of your group to take turns supporting you on the platform.
    • Access is subject to capacity - we recommend arriving early for favourite artists.
    • Limited seating is available but not guaranteed.

    Grass Area (Ground Level)
A fenced area directly in front of the platform.
Ideal for customers who need more space but do not require an elevated view.

Please only apply for platform access if the raised height is essential to your viewing needs.

If extra space (not height) is what you require, please select the grass area instead.
