    Lay Leaders Committee Information Form

  • Dear Lay Leaders,

As part of our shared commitment to serving the Lord and strengthening our Diocese together, this form is designed to help us better understand the unique gifts, professions, and experiences that each of you brings to the ministry.

Please take a few moments to complete this short form. Your responses will help us:

    • Organize committees more effectively
    • Build a collaborative network of professionals and servants
    • Ensure that everyone’s strengths are used in the most fruitful way for the glory of God

Kindly fill in your name, church, and contact information, select your profession or area of service, and indicate any boards or committees you currently serve on. Finally, reflect on how you feel called to contribute and share your background, skills, or passion that can strengthen your chosen committee.

    Committee Selection

As we form the new Diocesan Lay Leadership Committees, we ask each participant to select a First Choice and a Second Choice from the list of committees below.

Your First Choice should reflect the area where you feel most passionate and equipped to serve— whether through your professional background, personal experience, or ministry skills.

Your Second Choice allows us to maintain a healthy balance across all committees and ensure that every team benefits from a diversity of gifts and perspectives. This will help us form well-rounded groups that can collaborate closely with clergy and diocesan leadership.

“As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” — 1 Peter 4:10
