How many booths will you need?
Vendor fee is per 10x10 area.
Approximate size of area needed, if trailer is used for brick and mortar.
- Please select Arts and Crafts (Hobbyist), Small Business (storefront types of business), or Non-Profits (501-cXX status).
- Arts and Crafts/ Farmers market vendor fee is $30 for 10x10 and $50 for 10x20.
- The Small Business vendor fee is $65.
- Non-profit fees will be waived.
- The utility fee is $25
- Set up will be Saturday, April 25th between the hours of 6:45am-8:00am. Set up WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNTIL 6:45 am. If you show up early, you will have to wait in the parking lot. If this time frame does not work with your business, please speak to Randa to make arrangements.
- ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP AND VEHICLES MUST BE OUT OF THE AREA BY 8:00 AM ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Tear down will be no earlier than 5:00 pm on Saturday.
- Although security will be provided, the Louisiana Forest Festival is not responsible for any theft or damage to property/product.
- Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
- Please email laforestvendors@gmail.com with any questions.
- MLM Vendors: We will only accept one of each type.
- All craft vendors are responsible for providing their own tent (s), table (s), lighting, etc.

If you're a non-profit, please email laforestvendors@gmail.com with the appropriate documentation for your vendor fee to be waived. If documentation is not provided, you will not be allowed to set up.
The undersigned vendor acknowledges and understands all above stated rules and will abide by those rules. The undersigned vendor acknowledges and understands that if found in violation of any of the aforementioned rules, they are subject to be escorted off the premises and banned from returning back to the Louisiana Forest Festival.
Correct payment must be included with application in order to reserve your booth.
