Tuition/Scholarships
Tuition & Payment: Program tuition is $3,500, due prior to the first session. Fellows are responsible for their own travel expenses related to the program.Payment can be submitted at capaw.org through the GiveButter link. If you'd like to pay in installments or need another arrangement, reach out to the CAPAW Leadership team before your first session to set up a schedule that works for you. Scholarships & Financial Assistance: CAPAW may offer partial and full scholarships based on individual circumstances and need. Eligibility isn't limited to income alone and other circumstances are also taken into account. If a financial need would otherwise keep you from participating, we encourage you to apply. Scholarship requests are reviewed confidentially and have no bearing on your program admission decision. Certification: I certify that all the information and statements in this application are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand the information on this application may be verified. If selected, I will provide the Center with the $3500 tuition fee on or before the deadline of August 21, 2026 to reserve my place in the class of 2026-27. Moreover, I will participate fully in all sessions and complete other assignments on a timely basis, including a learning project as part of my commitment to CAPAW and to myself. I also understand that participants will help develop and complete a class project to help fundraise for subsequent classes. Should I fail to do any of the above, I will not graduate from the APAWLI Program.

Expectations/Benefits
The CAPAW will select 15 women throughout the country (APAWLI fellows) with eight years or more of work/community experience. Applicants must possess the personal responsibility for their own self-development and the public responsibility for bringing teamwork, diversity, equality, and opportunity to their companies, organizations, communities, and families. APAWLI fellows will convene virtually for a one-year period. Each session will focus on specific areas of leadership and “whole person” development. There will be one in-person gathering for APAWLI Fellows to meet face-to-face, usually around a conference. Benefits of the program also include: Individual and tailored coaching An opportunity to impact social change Build a network of leaders Demonstrate leadership through the identification and guided completion of a learning project that impacts at least 25 people Return to the workplace/community place as a more effective leader
Expectations of Participants
Attend all scheduled sessions. Complete all workshop assessments, tools, evaluations, and session assignments by scheduled deadlines. Identify the Impact Project topic by end of the CAPAW program. Complete project by August 1, 2027. Graduation will be virtual unless there is a scheduled upcoming conference. Details will be outlined further once the program begins.
