    Weekday Court Opener

    Schedule:

    7:00 AM – 8:00 AM, Monday through Sunday (Option to work 2–7 days per week)

    Overview:

    The Club at Sunset is seeking a reliable and hardworking Court Opener to help prepare our tennis and pickleball facilities for daily play. This role is essential in ensuring that our courts and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and ready for members to enjoy each morning.

    Responsibilities:

    • Arrive promptly at 7:00 AM to open and prepare courts for the day
    • Blow and dry courts as needed to ensure safe and playable conditions
    • Set up and test the ball machine for morning users
    • Empty court trash cans and replace liners as needed
    • Ensure all court amenities are in place (nets, benches, scoreboards, water coolers, baskets, etc.)
    • Inspect and zip-tie windscreens and other equipment as needed to maintain a professional appearance
    • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Racquet Sports Director or facility manager immediately
      Assist with any other court preparation or light maintenance tasks as requested

    Requirements:

    • Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail
    • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
    • Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform light to moderate physical labor
    • Must be at least 16 years old
    • No prior experience required — training will be provided

    Compensation:

    Competitive hourly rate based on experience
