Gloria Deo Academy is seeking a Christ-centered, visionary leader to serve as our next Head of School. As the spiritual and executive leader of GDA, the Head of School will champion our mission to glorify God through excellence in classical Christian education.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the spiritual life, academic success, and future growth of a thriving school community. The Head of School will provide strong leadership to faculty, staff, and students; cultivate meaningful partnerships with families and the broader community; and ensure the continued health and advancement of the school through faithful stewardship, academic excellence, and strategic vision.
The ideal candidate will be a servant-leader with a deep and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, a strong understanding of classical Christian education, and proven experience in academic and organizational leadership.

About GDA
Gloria Deo Academy follows a university-style schedule, where students attend classes on campus two or three days per week, depending on their grade level.
At all grade levels, teachers introduce new concepts to the students that prepare them for school work to be completed at home. On the days at home, parents use detailed guidelines to execute the lessons.
Gloria Deo Academy serves in 2 different locations.
Golden Location: (3146. S Golden Ave., Springfield,, MO)
Grades Pre-K-6th grade attend school on campus two days per week. Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
Grades 7-12 attend an additional shortened day on Friday.
River Stone Location: (2129 N. Bristol Ln in Nixa)
Grades Pre-K-6th grade attend school on campus two days per week. Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
All 7-12 grade students are at the Golden location. Additionally, a half-day "Friday Clubs" option is available for all K-6 students at the Golden Ave campus.
