Thank you for your interest in taking part in Longwood's holiday video. This year, we want to showcase the connection and community that comes with being a Lancer.

Whether you're an academic department, an office or service, a student organization or just a group of Longwood friends, the connections you have formed will last a lifetime.

We have two days to complete all photoshoots—November 5th and 6th, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., both days.

Please complete the form below in its entirety. Afterwards, make a plan with your fellow Lancers—wear appropriate holiday-related clothing (we encourage the ugliest or tackiest sweaters), bring holiday props and coordinate so your photoshoot is filled with laughter and fun.
