City Schools Sports Association Cheer Competition Agreement

Acknowledgment of Rules and Liability Release

As a cheerleading coach participating in this competition, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and rules set forth by the City Schools Sports Association (CSSA):

1. Prohibition of Stunting
I understand that no stunting is allowed in any cheerleading performance during the competition. Stunting includes, but is not limited to, any lifts, tosses, pyramids, or other stunts that involve a cheerleader leaving the ground or being supported by teammates. 

2. Consequences of Unauthorized Stunting
I acknowledge that if any stunting is performed by my team, the performance will be immediately stopped, and my team will be automatically disqualified from the competition.

3. Liability Waiver
I acknowledge that the City Schools Sports Association (CSSA) is not liable for any injuries that may occur to participants, coaches, or other team members during the competition. I am responsible for the health, safety, and well-being of my team members while participating in this event.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by these rules and terms. I understand that any violation of these rules will result in the consequences stated above.
