Artist Space Room Rental Application Form
This is for 24/7 access to an artist space in West Jefferson, located at 113 Burley Ave. These spaces are inside the High Country Art Centre, this is a full Art Gallery, class spaces and more!

Each space is 9 x 10 with a locked door. You will have access to a bathroom, private entrance and a utility sink at all times. All utilities, internet, and trash are included.

During business hours there will be an open art gallery, providing you will gallery representation, art classrooms and more.

The price is $300 a month with a $150 deposit. It also includes a 20% gallery commission. The rental is a 1 year minimum.

There will be a formal interview:

You will be required to bring in at least 5 pieces of work to the Interview. There will be a panel making the decisions and a background check is required.
Example of Artists Spaces 8 x 10 rooms with locked doors....there are no windows, but the doors are glass so you do get natural light threw them.
