This event is only for the Greater St George, UT home studios, galleries, and cultural venues!

You are invited, with this application form, to participate in the Arts to Zion Cultural Tour with your home studio, gallery or request a pop-up venue in Greater St George!
***Important, please fill out the appropriate information for your home studio.

Special Note** If you are under contract with one of our local galleries and wish to perform during the Arts to Zion Cultural Tours, PLEASE fill out the Venue information with your GALLERY name and contact information.

Deadlines

Arts to Zion St. George Cultural Tour Dates: January 16–17, 2026*******Application Deadline (all artists): December 1, 2025*******Jury Review for New Artists: December 1, 2025******Artwork Jurying Period: December 1–15, 2025******Important: Applications from returning artists will not be accepted after December 15, 2025.******Late submissions will not be considered.
Requirements:

Release and Agreement: By completing this form and checking the boxes, I agree to the following:
FEE

Application Fee – St George Arts to Zion Cultural Tour- Participation in this Tour requires the donation of one piece of your original artwork to be included in an online silent auction. You should also submit a digital image of the donated piece with your application. This donated artwork serves as the sole application fee. If the piece is sold during the silent auction, 50% of the sale will be returned to the artist via Arts to Zion. Submitted images of silent auction items will be promoted through the Arts to Zion website and social media channels. Please retain your donated artwork and store it safely until the silent auction takes place on January 16th and 17th, 2026. The physical piece must match the image submitted for promotion and jury review. If this piece does not sell, you will simply keep it.

4. Image Submission & Artist Fee Agreement: Artists agree that any images submitted may be used by Arts to Zion Cultural Tour for promotional purposes, including marketing materials, website, and social media. A minimum of four images of your artwork must be provided for marketing. One of these images must feature your silent auction item, clearly marked with its opening bid. By submitting this image, you agree to accept 50% of the opening bid as your artist fee if the item is sold during the silent auction.*

6. Event Participation Commitment: I agree to actively contribute time and energy to support the success of the Greater St George Cultural Tour. 8. Visitor Registration & Recordkeeping: I agree to check registration and maintain a record of visitors to my studio as required for grant reporting purposes. Purpose of Visitor List: The visitor list will be used for a sponsor basket drawing and will also serve as a protective measure by documenting who entered my home during the event.*

9.Studio Support During Tour: As an artist hosting at your home studio, you may be engaged with demonstrations, visitors, and sales throughout the event. Request for Assistance: If you anticipate needing additional help during the tour dates, please indicate below. Support may include assistance with greeting guests, managing registration, or helping with setup and cleanup.*

Insurance & Liability Waiver: I understand that Arts to Zion L3c, 501(c)(3), does not carry homeowners insurance coverage for me or any visitors participating in the Home Studio Tour. Personal Responsibility: Unless I provide my own insurance, I acknowledge that I will have no protection against liability for loss or damage to personal property, or injury to myself or any Tour visitors. Release of Liability: I accept full responsibility for obtaining my own homeowners insurance for this event. I hereby release Arts to Zion L3c, 501(c)(3), from any liability for damages to, or loss of, personal property, or injury to myself or others resulting from participation in the Arts to Zion Art & Cultural Tour on November 15 & 16, 2025, in Springdale, Utah.*
