Applications will be confirmed and invoiced by the close of business on Wednesday, the 5th of April 2026
With invoices due by the 30th April 2026
Power will only be supplied to Food Vendors - two 15-amp plug-ins per vendor
Additional 15-amp plug-ins $15 each.
Additional 32-amp plug-in's $30 each
Small generators are acceptable to exhibitors, vendors and market stalls.
Fee Sceduale
Food Vendors - $200 inc power
Coffee Vendor - $100 inc power
NFP Organisations - Free / $30 with power
Exhibitors / Traders - $100 (Free as a sponsor)
Market Stalls / Swap Meet Traders - $50
(Market stall fees go straight to our fundraising efforts for the Shine Bright Foundation Hervey Bay)
