This Addendum supplements the Model Release signed by the Model and Jerrard Beasley / Jerrard B Photos.

It defines consent and understanding related to nude or explicit imagery created during the referenced session. This Addendum does not alter other terms of the original release, including usage rights or compensation.

1. Consent to Nudity

The Model grants permission for the creation of images within the categories checked below. Only the options selected are approved for this session.*

Implied Nudity – body covered or posed to suggest nudity without direct exposure.Partial Nudity – portions of the body uncovered (e.g., topless or implied bottom).Full Nudity – complete unclothed form as approved for this session.Other

2. Boundaries and Comfort

Professionalism and comfort are priorities throughout the session.

Either party may pause or stop any pose or setup at any time. If the Model withdraws consent during the session, the Photographer will cease that setup immediately. Images created prior to withdrawal remain governed by this Addendum and the original Model Release.

3. Usage and Distribution

The Model grants permission for approved images to be used for:

The Photographer’s website, portfolio, and social media.
Fine-art exhibitions, gallery display, or sales.
Photo contests or photography publications.

The Photographer agrees not to use these images for:

Commercial advertising or brand promotion without additional written authorization.
Pornographic, defamatory, or misleading contexts.

Any commercial or third-party licensing requires separate written approval.

4. Confidentiality

The Photographer will handle all images with discretion and professionalism.
Images will not be shared privately or publicly outside the approved purposes listed in Section 3.

5. Finality of Consent

Once the session is completed and this Addendum is signed, consent for the approved imagery and usage becomes binding and cannot be revoked retroactively.

6. Sexual or Explicit Content

Certain creative concepts may involve sexual or explicit themes or simulated activity. To ensure mutual understanding and consent:

No physical sexual contact or activity will occur between any individuals present unless specifically agreed upon.
Depictions of sexual or explicit activity may occur only if the Model provides consent below.
The environment will remain professional, safe, and respectful at all times.
The Model may pause, modify, or stop any pose or activity without penalty.
Images created before any withdrawal of consent remain governed by this Addendum and the original Model Release.

7. Age Verification and Identification

To confirm legal age and identity, the Model agrees to provide a clear photograph or photocopy of a valid government-issued ID before the start of the session.

This documentation will be securely retained by the Photographer for record-keeping and will not be shared, published, or used for any purpose other than verifying eligibility and consent for this session.
