              By booking a session, service, or consultation through Sacred Flame Wholeness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:


              1. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer
              All offerings through Sacred Flame Wholeness, including consultations, Kundalini Yoga sessions, and Sensual Sunday Reset (virtual or in-person) experiences, are designed for self-development, education, and holistic well-being.

              By participating, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own discretion.
              You understand that these services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, diagnosis, and/or treatments. Only suggestions are provided, and acting upon said suggestions and/or buying any products from Sacred Flame Wholeness are still solely up to your own due diligence and discretion. 

              Sacred Flame Wholeness and its facilitator, Saffronia Carmine, assume no responsibility or liability for any personal decisions, actions, outcomes, or experiences that may result from your participation. You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after any session.


              2. Consultations & Client Compatibility
              Before engaging in ongoing one-on-one work, an initial 30-minute consultation is required.
              This session is intended to ensure that we are aligned and a good fit to work together.

              Only after this initial consultation may you book future private or one-on-one consultations.


              3. Payments & Refund Policy
              All payments for consultations, virtual group sessions, and/or virtual/in-person events are final.
              No refunds will be issued once a payment is made. Transfers are only allowed on a case-by-case basis, or in the event Saffronia has to cause the cancelation. 

              We encourage you to contact Saffronia of Sacred Flame Wholeness prior to booking if you have any questions about a session, service, or your readiness to participate.

              By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms, and that all payments are made with full understanding that all sales are final.


              4. Scheduling & Attendance
              If you are unable to attend a booked session, you may request to reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
              Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in forfeiting the session without refund if no attempt has been made to contact Saffronia. 


              5. Confidentiality & Respect
              All discussions and shared experiences during consultations and group sessions are confidential and treated with respect. Participants are expected to honor the privacy and energetic space of others within the Sacred Flame Wholeness community.


              6. Acknowledgment of Risk
              By participating in any Sacred Flame Wholeness services, you confirm that you are in suitable condition to engage in movement, breathwork, meditation, and/or emotional processes. You release Sacred Flame Wholeness, its facilitators, and affiliates from any and all claims of liability, loss, or injury that may arise from participation.
