2026 Charity Partner Application: Epic Races

Each year we select charity partners for our events. Since our inception in 2009, we have helped charities raise over $250,000. We take care of the event so you can focus on fundraising and friendraising.

Here's how it works:

Your commitment: $500 + 10 race day volunteers

You get:
>10 race entries to distribute to your supporters for fundraising
>Expo booth space (Detroit Women's Half and Ann Arbor Marathon only)
>Tent space on race day
>Logo, description of your organization, and donation link on registration site
>10% coupon code to help promote the event to your supporters
>Fundraising platform linked directly to your bank account - not to the race
>Space for your organization’s banner at start/finish area
>Shout outs for your organization through event social media and email blasts
>Opportunity to decorate an area of the race course with your logo and information
