The CIT Applicant has already asked you to provide a letter of recommendation for them in the role of Counselor In Training this coming summer at Camp Marist. Their work will involve supervising, instructing, and creating opporunities for personal and social growth for youth from 6-16 years of age. They work in partnership with counsleors at camp and participate in leadership development sessions throughout the summer.
