CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit

There are No Refunds on Deposits.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests submitted 90 days prior to retreat - 50% of Total Amount Paid, Less Deposit, will be refunded.

Cancellation requests submitted 0-89 days prior to retreat - Sorry, no refunds given, no exceptions.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

We encourage you to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat.

We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest or other emergency circumstances, in which case all money paid to INTO THE MYSTIC JOURNEYS, TEJASVI YOGA and/or TEJASVI VENTURES, LLC will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. INTO THE MYSTIC JOURNEYS, TEJASVI YOGA and/or TEJASVI VENTURES, LLC cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND WAIVER

By submitting this Registration, you acknowledge and agree that while INTO THE MYSTIC JOURNEYS, TEJASVI YOGA and/or TEJASVI VENTURES, LLC, through its hosts, guides, instructors, nutritionists, etc. may offer informative health, yoga education and instruction; it is NOT a healthcare facility and does NOT provide healthcare services.

I understand that any class I attend, and the instruction given, is not a substitute for medical advice, attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including but not limited to yoga, meditation, and sound healing.  Your submission verifies that you have not been told to discontinue treatments with any medical specialists or other health care providers.

I understand that I will carry my own health insurance which is current and can be used while traveling in the specified foreign country of the journey, and will not hold the hosts, guides, accomodations, transportation agencies liable for my health issues or accidents.

I understand all Inclusions and Exclusions listed on the Journey's Itinerary, and I understand that it is mandatory that I have a current Travel Insurance Policy whcih covers this specific retreat.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to all above listed requirements for travel and all retreat activities, and waive all rights and claims in holding INTO THE MYSTIC JOURNEYS, TEJASVI YOGA and/or TEJASVI VENTURES, LLC responsible for any/all liabilities.
