  • BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION

  • All individuals attending the meeting, including booth staff, must be registered for the meeting. The registration link will be available May 19, 2026. A separate registration is required for each person.


    Included Booth Staff Registrations

    • Each booth includes one complimentary Booth Staff Registration.
    • Tier I sponsors receive two additional complimentary booth staff registrations.
    • Tier II sponsors each receive one additional complimentary booth staff registration.

    Additional Booth Staff

    • Additional booth staff registrations are $900 each.
    • Fees may be prepaid with your booth purchase or paid during registration.

    Registration Benefits

    Booth Staff Registration includes all the amenities of a Full Meeting Registration.

    Registration Codes

    For registrations included with your booth or sponsorship, or prepaid with your booth fees, you will receive a unique registration code allowing those individuals to register without an additional fee.

    Payment is due by March 6, 2026
  • Billing and Invoice: You will be invoiced by the SOFT office upon receipt of your Booth Reservation Form, please allow 3-5 business days for your invoice. You may purchase additional items at a later date if needed. 

    Payment Policy: Completing the SOFT-TIAFT 2026 Booth Reservation Form will confirm a hold on a booth(s) and acknowledge participation in the SOFT-TIAFT 2026 Annual Meeting. Once your reservation form is submitted you will receive an invoice. Payment is due to SOFT by March 6, 2026. You may purchase additional items at a later date if needed.

    Refunds: Refunds, minus a $500 cancellation fee, will be honored upon request prior to April 30. There are no refunds after April 30, 2026. Refund requests must be received in writing via email.
