When? October 8-9, 2026

Where? Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells

Why Attend? Exposure to over 35 schools and over 500 teachers that typically attend.

How Register? Fill out the exhibitor’s registration form below.

Deadline? We recommend registering by September 1 to ensure we have space.   

Exhibitor Rates

• $300 for 1 table (will include Advertiser Only features as listed below)
• $500 for 2 tables
• $125 each additional table
• $125 for Power Outlet/Electricity

Refunds due to cancellation will be issued after the convention at the following rates. Requests need to be emailed to the conference secretary at office@wacschools.org:

• Before August 1, 2026; 75%
• Before September 1, 2026; 50%
• Before September 30, 2026; 25%
• After September 30, 2026 – no refunds

All requests for exhibitor space and sponsorship will be treated on a first come, first served basis. Exhibitor booth and sponsorship requests must be accompanied by full payment to secure specific booths.

We must have your completed application and payment by September 1, 2026, for sponsorships to be included on banners and other printed material. We will be using the Whova App for this year’s conference.

Please note:

• Space includes one 6' covered table, skirted, two chairs, and wastebasket.
• Table locations will be assigned by the convention staff unless you have purchased one of the premium sponsorships.

Advertiser Only Rate (included with any table purchase or sponsorship)

• $200 – Website Advertising and Whova App Exhibitor Status 

Advertisement Information

• Ad displayed on the Educators Conference pages on the WACS and MACS websites.
  • This will be a digital color banner ad that is approximately 256 pixels x 256 pixels. Please send us an ad already done to this size. 
  • Email the .jpg or .pdf of the ad to office@wacschools.org by September 1.
  • We would also encourage you to include a link to your webpage, and/or a link to sign up for a free drawing if they give you their information.
• The Whova App Exhibitor Status will allow you to:
  • Upload video or brochures about your products or companies
  • Schedule live info sessions or demos
  • Provide coupons, giveaways, or raffles to generate more leads

You are welcome to purchase more than one sponsorship package. There is limited availability with some sponsorships so it is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the WACS office for availability!

Diamond Level Whova Sponsorship for $5000 (three sponsorship spots available. 

• We are looking for three Diamond Level Sponsors.
• You will be given the first, second, or third opportunity to pick your spot in the exhibitor hall. Your table selection opportunity will be based on first come-first served.
• You will be given the opportunity to have five minutes to address the convention attendees or show a video before the start of one of our general sessions.
• You will also be given the opportunity to have five minutes to address the leaders or show a video during the pastor and administrator’s breakfast on Friday morning.
• You will be able to provide a 2-3-minute video to be part of a loop of breakfast sponsor advertisements that will be shown during the continental breakfast.
• Four tables ($750 value), additional tables available to purchase at exhibitor rates.
• Electricity included ($125 value).

• We are looking for three sponsors for our luncheon.
• You will be given the fourth through sixth opportunity to pick your spot in the exhibitor hall. Your table selection opportunity will be based on first come-first served.
• 10 minutes to address the convention or show a video during the luncheon.
• Three tables ($625 value), additional tables available to purchase at exhibitor rates.
• Electricity ($125 value).

• We are looking for two sponsors for the administrator’s breakfast.
• You will be given the opportunity to have five minutes to address the leaders or show a video during the pastor and administrator’s breakfast on Friday morning.
• You will be given the seventh and eighth opportunity to pick your spot in the exhibitor hall. Your table selection opportunity will be based on first come-first served.
• Two tables ($500 value), additional tables available to purchase at exhibitor rates.

Silver Level Continental Breakfast Sponsorship for $1000 

• You will be given an opportunity to pick your spot in the exhibitor hall after other higher sponsorship levels have selected their spots. Your table selection opportunity will be based on first come-first served.
• We will have a video loop of breakfast sponsors advertisements shown during the breakfast. You will need to provide a 2–3-minute video to be shown.
• You can provide a sign to set up during the continental breakfast to advertise your business.
