YPN ACHIEVERS AWARD Nomination Form

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING ENTRIES: 5:00 p.m. on November 1

CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Nominee must be under the age of 40 as of December of year applying and a member of GAR’s
Young Professionals Network (YPN).
NOMINEE MUST HOLD REALTOR® membership in the local board and state association.

THIS FORM MUST BE USED BY ALL INDIVIDUALS APPLYING FOR YPN ACHIEVERS AWARD.
- Judging will be on the basis of the year’s activities from the previous January 1 to November 1 of
  the current year. Dates of activities must be shown.
- Email a professional headshot (hi-resolution, color) of nominee to: awards@garealtor.com by the
  deadline date and time.
- Entry must be emailed (awards@garealtor.com) by 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date. Association
  Executives will receive a confirmation email when all materials are received.
- Entries received that do not adhere to the above criteria will be automatically eliminated and
  returned without consideration. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS made.
- You may nominate yourself or nominate multiple REALTORS® as long as the above criteria is met.
Individuals will be chosen each year to represent the best of YPN. The Special Recognition Committee will be requested to consider applicant’s total personality and lifestyle to ensure that the winner will be held up to the public as “the best of us.” Otherwise, the percentage system will be strictly adhered to. The Special Recognition Committee reserves the right to ask for additional information. Additional letters of recommendation may be attached. By filling out this application to become a “YPN Achiever” you also agree that if chosen, to apply for Realtor.org’s “30 under 30,” if applicable.
