  • How Reporting Works
    Once you’re registered, you’ll receive our EYES™ Quick-Start Guide and a link to the Wildlife Report Form, where you’ll be able to:

    • Submit sightings of distressed wildlife or hazards
    • Upload photos/videos
    • Include date, time, and location details
    • This simple online form lets our team and authorized responders track and act on reports faster.

  • Wildlife Jewels® EYES™ Community Reporter — Acknowledgment

    Role: I’m joining as a Community Reporter (not staff/volunteer). My role is observation & reporting only. I will not approach, handle, feed, or attempt to rescue wildlife, and I’ll avoid conflicts with the public.


    Safety: I’ll follow Wildlife Jewels® guidance, stay within my abilities, and put safety first. I understand coastal areas involve risks (uneven terrain, surf, weather, wildlife, debris).


    Liability: I understand Wildlife Jewels® isn’t responsible for injury/illness/property damage during my independent visits. This role has no on-site assignments; a volunteer waiver isn’t required.


    Data/Media: I consent to Wildlife Jewels® storing my reports (locations, times, species/hazards, media) for conservation purposes and to sharing with authorized partners/responders. I own the content I submit and grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for education/outreach with credit when feasible.


    I allow emails about programs/events/volunteer opportunities (unsubscribe anytime).
