Kayak Allocation Notice
Due to the limited number of available kayaks, selection will be randomly assigned from our fleet, which includes sit-on-top single and sit-on-top double kayak models.
To ensure fairness, a raffle-style draw will be conducted to determine kayak assignments. Each participant will be randomly matched with a kayak model for use during the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations by Participant

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the event date will be eligible for a 100% refund, less any applicable transaction fees.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after receiving a written cancellation request.

Event Postponement or Cancellation

• In the event of bad weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event.
• If rescheduled, all paid participants will be automatically transferred to the new date.
• If cancellation is necessary, participants may choose between a full refund or an event credit for a future activity.
