Liability Waiver and Release Form By participating in the Indian Land Community Festival Dog Contest, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian if under 18), understand and agree that participation in the Indian Land Community Festival Dog Contest involves inherent risks associated with animals, crowds, and outdoor events. I agree to assume full responsibility for my dog’s behavior, actions, and physical condition while participating in or attending this event. I certify that my dog is healthy, free from communicable diseases or parasites, and up to date on all vaccinations. I agree to hold harmless and release from any and all liability the Indian Land Rotary Clubs, the Indian Land Community Festival Committee, the Lancaster County School District (LCSD), their officers, volunteers, representatives, agents, and sponsors for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or claim that may occur to myself, my dog, my property, or any other person as a result of my participation in this event. I understand that event organizers reserve the right to deny participation or remove any dog or handler exhibiting unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behavior, or those failing to comply with event rules. I also grant permission for photographs and video recordings of myself and/or my dog taken during the event to be used for promotional or social media purposes by the Indian Land Community Festival and its partners.
