  • Important Event Information

    The event is 12:00pm-4:00pm. Setup for vendors begins at 10-1130am. Vendors are expected to be ready to go by noon and to stay and participate throughout the entire event. 
       
    PARKING
    Parking in the front of the building is limited. Once you unload your supplies, there is parking on the back side of the building on Scott Street as well as parking on the streets.

    CLEAN-UP
    Sattvic Space is an all volunteer community center. As a member of the community, we ask that you assist with returning the Space to its previous condition and assist with cleanup before you depart.

    NETWORKING
    Our community of participants are not only wonderful to meet, but we love spa day products and services.  Please take some time out during the event to walk around and meet the community members.  Remember, we are sharing self care, so take a break and take care of yourself.  

    MARKET YOURSELF!
    This event is to support the entrepreneurs of the community.  It is successful because participants share the event on social media and with their clients.  Emailable and printable flyers are provided upon request.  Bring business cards and marketing materials to be placed in your area and common areas. We encourage you to market event or holiday specials so that guests can find you and utilize your services after the event.  If you are interested in holding a future workshop at Sattvic Space to offer Spa Day participants, please contact Denise at info@sattvicspaceyoga.com 

  • Agreement


    I understand that I am responsible for myself, employees, contractors, helpers, materials, equipment and insurance to protect myself and others. I understand that I must be setup and ready to receive guests before the designated start time of the event.  Fees are non-refundable.  If you cannot attend, please contact event at wellness@peacebalanceholistic.com as soon as possible. 

    I grant permission to Peace & Balance Holistic Center to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I also agree that the information I have provided in this form may be used by Peace & Balance for marketing purposes before and after the event.

    By submitting my application, I agree to the above and am aware that failure to abide by all the guidelines may result in no longer being able to participate as a vendor in future events.
