Grades 9th-12th-Wednesday, December 3rd - 5PM-8:30PM.

Call backs - Sarurday, December 6th 12PM-6PM

The dealine to submit your form is NOVEMBER 28TH at 11:59pm.

Please prepare a 32-bar cut of a contemporary musical theatre song. Avoid selections from recent StageStruck productions. All auditions will be performed with a live piano accompanist, so please bring your sheet music with your starting and ending measures clearly marked.

Students should wear attire and shoes approprirate for movement and dancing (closed toed shoes, no crocs, unrestrictive clothing).

We will start with indivdual vocal auditions to allow time for arrival for students who may not be available until later in the afternoon.

Please let a producer know if your child has a conflict with the audition date or times. We may be able to accommodate an alternate day or format for an audition.

StageStruck Rehearsal and Performance Information

Rehearsals and Performance Attendance:

Cast members are required to be at all rehearsals and performances as called by the Show Producers and Show Director(s).

Cast members must be in attendance at all rehearsals once we move into the Paramount Theatre or other performance venues.

Failure to be in attendance may result in a cast member losing their role or being removed from the production.

General Rehearsal Schedule (prior to tech week):

Mondays: 5:30–8:00 PM

Tuesdays: 6:30–8:30 PM

Wednesdays: 5:30-8:30 PM

Thursdays: No rehearsal (dark day)

Friday: 5:30–9:00 PM

Saturdays: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Sundays: 2:00–6:00 PM

Please keep in mind: Not all cast members will be called to every rehearsal or for the full duration listed above. This schedule is meant as a general guideline.

Rehearsal Conflicts:

Auditioning and being cast in a StageStruck performance requires all cast members to honor and commit to the rehearsal and performance schedule through the end of the production. Any known rehearsal or performance schedule conflicts must be recorded on the audition form. Failure to do so may result in losing the role that was assigned to that cast member. If a cast member has a conflict with the rehearsal schedule after being cast in a production, they must notify the producers as soon as possible.If a cast member brings a conflict to the producers attention after the schedule for that day is posted, it is not guarenteed that the conflict will be honored. If a cast member cannot honor and fulfill the commitment of attending all called rehearsals and performances, they should reconsider auditioning for the show.

Due to the length of the rehearsal period for this production, absences will be limited to a total of 5. This includes both excused and unexcused absences. The current limit of 3 unexcused absences still applies within that total.

This absence limit does not include illness; however, we reserve the right to request a doctor’s note if deemed necessary.

Student Absences:

NO EXCUSES, other than sickness, a death in the immediate family, or a college scholarship interview/audition, will be accepted for a cast member to miss time during tech week, which includes ALL rehearsals and performances. Tech week begins Febuary 23rd through the end of the show.
Please list any rehearsal conflicts between 01/05/26 - 03/08/26. Please also list any significant extracurricular activities for which you might not currently have the entire schedule (ex. job, sports, dance, school commitments, etc.) that typically fall within the time frames listed for rehearsals. If there are no conflicts please enter "NONE" Note for this show absences are limited to a total of five (5). This includes both excused and unexcused absences. The current limit of three (3) unexcused absences still applies within that total.*
