    This questionnaire is not a paperwork exercise. It is designed to make sure the qualification and your goals genuinely align. 

    If you are still deciding whether to enrol

    If you already know that you want to enrol, you do not need to complete this form. You can go straight ahead and book your place.

    If you are still deciding or want to be certain that the qualification is the right fit before committing, this form will help. One of our Trainers will create a recommendations report and send it to you within two working days. If you would rather talk things through, or if forms feel like a chore, you are welcome to book a Learner Pathways Call instead. This is a short, informal conversation with one of our team for people who prefer to reflect by chatting and thinking aloud.

    If you have already enrolled

    If you have already enrolled, you are welcome to complete this form before your Welcome and Planning Meeting. Doing so can help you consolidate your intentions and clarify what you hope to achieve. If you prefer, we can simply talk through the same questions informally during your Welcome and Planning Meeting instead.

    This questionnaire has two main purposes:

    1. To help us understand you properly. The more we know about your background, experience and reasons for considering the qualification, the better advice we can give about whether it is the right fit, both for you and for us, and the better we can support you on your journey.
    2. To help you think things through for yourself. Completing this form gives you a chance to reflect on your motivation, readiness and expectations.
