  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellations received on or before March 30, 2026, will be subject to a $150 administration fee.
    • Cancellations between March 31 and April 19 will receive a 50% refund.
    • No refunds will be given for cancellations after April 19, 2026.
  • Ready to confirm your booth? Submit the form below and we’ll take care of the rest! An invoice will be issued upon receiving your completed form. Booth assignments and the floorplan will be sent closer to the event.

    Please note that all listed rates are before taxes; applicable taxes will be added to your invoice. CSHP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, exhibitors will be notified of refund or credit options.
