WWRR 2026 Scholarship Application

Thank you for your interest in the WWRR Scholarship Program. Our goal is to make Women’s Weekend Russian River accessible to as many people as possible. Scholarships cover the cost of one Beaver Badge ($225 value) and are reserved for those experiencing financial hardship.

Please read carefully before applying:

Scholarships are limited and intended for those in genuine need.
Lodging, meals, and transportation are not included.
Applications are open through February 15, 2026.
Recipients will be notified by March 5, 2026, via email.

If you’re able to afford a ticket, we kindly ask that you register instead of applying for a scholarship, so these can go to those who need them most.

If you’d like to earn your Beaver Badge by volunteering, check out our Volunteer Application (open October 12, 2025 – January 8, 2026) on our website. Volunteers receive a complimentary badge and help bring the weekend to life!
