Party Favors Terms of Agreement &#13;&#10;By placing an order with Carmel’s Essentials, the client agrees to the following:&#13;&#10;Order approval and deposit :&#13;&#10;A 50% deposit is required. Once the bottle template has been approved by the client. This deposit confirms the order and initial production. &#13;&#10;Accepted Payment Methods&#13;&#10;Venmo @farah-carmel &#13;&#10;Or Zelle/Apple Pay (personal cell)&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Final payment: &#13;&#10;The remaining balance is due on the day of pick up or day of delivery. &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Delivery: &#13;&#10;free delivery is available within the town of Huntington. &#13;&#10;for deliveries outside Huntington a delivery fee ranging from $15-$25 will apply based on location. please note we do not offer shipping on Cremas party favors. &#13;&#10;orders will only proceed after receipt of deposit. delays in deposit or final payment may affect delivery timelines&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Refund Policy: &#13;&#10;	•	Full refund of the 50% deposit if canceled within 48 hours and before template approval/production.&#13;&#10;	•	Deposit non-refundable once the template is approved or production begins; any recoverable costs may be deducted.&#13;&#10;	•	No refunds once items are completed and ready for pickup/delivery; exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Deposits for custom products are non-refundable unless Carmel’s Essentials Cremas cancels the order.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Invoices & Receipts&#13;&#10;    •    A confirmation email and receipt/invoice will be sent after successful payment.&#13;&#10;    •    For orders paid by deposit, an updated invoice reflecting the remaining balance will be issued prior to shipment or pickup.&#13;&#10;    &#13;&#10; Cancellations & Changes&#13;&#10;    •    Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund (except where production has already started).
