    FY2026 Global Export Accelerator Application
  • PROGRAM AT A GLANCE

    The Future Food Initiative Global Export Accelerator Program, delivered in alignment with FHA Singapore, is designed to support Queensland’s food and agribusiness companies in successfully pursuing new export opportunities across ASEAN markets. The program provides a structured pathway for businesses to explore, understand, and engage with one of the region’s most dynamic trade hubs, Singapore, while also building valuable connections that extend across Southeast Asia.

    CRITERIA

    1. A commitment to participate in all phases of the accelerator including the aligned "In-Person" global travel commitments.

    1.1 An agreement to cover all associated expenses aligned to the global travel requirements of the accelerator with a commitment for a company representative (Founder, CEO or C level executive) to attend Food & Hotels Asia in Singapore 19-23 April 2026.   

     

    2. Applicants identify as a food and beverage manufacturer/producer/ service provider/ food tech innovator with established brands, product lines or offering.

    2.1. Must currently have a robust supply chain/production with spare capacity;
    2.2. Must have experience supplying product to wholesalers or retailers - previous exporting experience is preferable but not necessary; and
    2.3. Commitment to begin or further grow export revenues.

     

    3. Operations and/or Head Office located within the Brisbane LGA.

    3.1. If your business does not have a HQ or office based in Brisbane City Council's Local Government Area, please detail how your business utilises or interacts within this region in your application form.

     

    4. Participants should be Founders or CEOs with optional support from other C-level executives or leadership roles;

    4.1. A dedicated team with the ability to implement strategies and solutions or the ability to build one.
    4.2. A commitment to participate in all components of the curriculum.

     

    CONFIDENTIALITY

    The information provided within this application will be treated with the strictest confidence. It will be used only by Brisbane Economic Development Agency and the aligned program faclitator to assess applicant suitability. It will not be used for any other purpose. The information provided will not be shared outside of the above outlined parties and will be anonymised before being used for any reporting purposes. Prior to final company selection, the full list of applicants only will be shared with ASEAN buyers to gauge product categories of interest and commercial potential. This ensures that the final cohort of up to 10 businesses represents the most relevant companies with the strongest chance of export success.
