In signing below, the Participant agrees that he/she will be in charge of the Vessel and responsible for all passengers on board during the Event.

The Participant:
A. agrees to:

1. abide by all relevant laws, authorities and waterway rules;
2. ensure that no harm is caused to other parties;
3. discharge any other duties to passengers, participants, and the public required of a responsible operator.

B. warrants that:

1. he/she is the owner or lawfully authorised operator of the Vessel;
2. the Vessel holds appropriate insurance and complies with maritime laws;
3. he/she is lawfully licensed to operate the Vessel.

C. agrees that the Event organisers shall in no way be liable for any loss or damage to the Participant, passengers, or the public.

D. hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless the organisers from all claims or damages.

E. indemnifies the organisers against all claims arising from participation in the Event.
