Call for Presentations - 2027 Total Pro Expo

Would you like to be a presenter at the next Total Pro Expo & Conference on January 26-27, 2027? This premier event draws over 2,000 professionals from the green industry, with education sessions being a key reason for their attendance. If you have a topic you'd like us to consider, please review the information below and submit your proposal using the provided form! The proposal submission deadline is Friday, October 16th. Need more time? Email us to request a short extension!
Education sessions fall into seven main topic areas:
1. Pesticide Recertification
2. Landscape & Sustainability
3. Tree Care
4. Hardscape
5. Plants – Care, Varieties, Natives, & More
6. Spanish-Speaking
7. Business
Although presenters are not compensated, the recognition and publicity you’ll receive before, during, and after the conference are invaluable!

Please note: Only proposals that offer educational content (rather than marketing for a product or service) will be considered.

The proposal submission deadline is Monday, October 20, 2025.

Please note that if your presentation includes a topic that will be eligible for pesticide recertification or continuing education credits, your presentation summary must specify the exact amount of time that will be dedicated to that eligible content. This information is required for us to accurately submit your session for approval to the appropriate licensing agencies. Be sure to clearly indicate the number of minutes (or portion of your talk) that will address the credit-eligible material.
Learning Objectives - Minimum of THREE (to be used to obtain recert credits):
Learning objectives/outcomes are written statements of what the learner is expected to accomplish as a result of the course. Following are some examples of learning objectives/outcomes:Learn how to determine the major functions and components of a green roof.Identify the factors that influence costs.Learn how to utilize an integrated design process in your project for maximum benefit.
