I, _______________________, one of the People, as seen in the Michigan Constitution, wish for you to give a point of clarity based on your position as an agent or substitute of one of the People.

 Michigan Constitution Article I- Declaration of Rights - Section 1:

All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their equal benefit, security and protection.

 Please give a point of clarity: Do you believe that the State Constitution declares that all political power is inherent in the people and that government is instituted for their equal benefit, security and protection?
