Please complete this form and make payment to confirm your entry for the event. 

Entry Fees:
Payment made on this form 

• First Class: $90
• Second : $20 each 

Classes for this event (minimum 5 entries per class):

21.5 Touring Car – capped at 30 drivers
13.5 Touring Car – capped at 30 drivers
Modified Touring Car – capped at 30 drivers
1/12 13.5 – capped at 20 drivers
1/12 Modified – capped at 20 drivers
Juniors – capped at 10 drivers
FWD/TCR (Promo Class) – capped at 20 drivers

Note: Please be advised that if all sanctioned classes reach full capacity, the TCR promotional class will be withdrawn from the event. Entry fees for TCR will be fully refunded.

If a sanctioned class becomes full, additional entries will be placed on a waiting list in case of withdrawals. Please see the RCRA refund rule 2.12.14 and 2.12.15

Tires:

Touring Car classes will use a controlled tyre – Vaulk VK-2036W 36SK Touring Car White Dish Wheel

TCR tires will be VAULK VK-1033W Pre-Glued 32RJ Grooved (Radial) Tire on 7-Spoke- please refer to the rules

Both Touring Car and TCR classes will use yellow mighty grippy and wurth brake Tyre Cleaner as the controlled additives.
1/12 Scale classes will have open tires and open goop.

Note: If you’re racing in multiple classes or are unable to perform marshalling duties, please arrange for someone to marshal on your behalf. Don’t forget to inform race control on the day.

Note: There are 33 pit spaces available. Additional gazebos will be set up between the retaining wall and the undercover area with tables and chairs provided. You’re also welcome to bring your own gazebo and pit table if you prefer.

⚠️ These are your race tyres, not practice tyres. Practice tyres will be available for purchase through the club on the day or SpeedyRc. If your class does not require tyres (e.g. 1/12 scale), please select option 5.

🚨 If you select option 5 while racing in a TC class that requires tyres, your entry will not be valid, 👉 and you may forfeit your entry fee.

Please select the number of tyres you require for your class.
Maximum tyre allocation per class:
TCR/FWD – 1 set 
TC 21.5T – 2 sets
TC 13.5T – 3 sets
TC Mod – 4 sets
Juniors – 1 set(free – please select option 5)
