Preparation & Safety Recommendations for Antimicrobial Fogging
To ensure an effective and hassle-free antimicrobial fogging treatment, homeowners and business owners should complete a few simple preparation steps before service. Remove or securely cover all open food, beverages, and eating utensils. Protect sensitive materials such as papers, artwork, fabrics, and electronics that may be affected by light moisture. Open all interior doors, closets, and access areas to allow for even fog distribution throughout the property.

All occupants — including people, pets, and plants — must vacate the premises during treatment and remain out for at least 1 to 2 hours after completion to allow the fine antimicrobial mist to fully settle and dry. This ensures maximum effectiveness and safe re-entry.

The product used is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and completely free of bleach, ammonia, and VOCs, leaving behind no harmful residues or odors. Once the recommended re-entry time has passed, open windows or doors briefly to improve ventilation and refresh indoor air.

Following these steps helps maximize the antimicrobial protection, leaving your space cleaner, healthier, and free of unwanted mold, bacteria, and odors.

Pricing and Payment Pricing is based on total square footage of the area to be treated and the extent of remediation required. Estimated costs will be provided prior to service and are subject to adjustment if conditions differ from initial assessment.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities Client agrees to: Provide safe access to all areas requiring remediation Remove personal items from affected areas or accept responsibility for items left in the area Notify Provider of any pre-existing structural issues or water leaks

Provider guarantees professional application of mold remediation services but does not guarantee the complete elimination of mold spores beyond treated areas. Services do not include structural repairs, water intrusion repair, or remediation beyond treated surfaces unless specifically agreed in writing.

Health and Safety Provider follows all EPA and OSHA safety guidelines. Products used are EPA-registered and free from bleach, ammonia, and VOCs.

Liability & Acknowledgment Clause By scheduling and approving antimicrobial fogging treatment, the property owner or authorized representative acknowledges that this service involves the application of a fine antimicrobial mist designed to reduce bacteria, mold, and odor-causing microorganisms on contact. The formula used by Flicker Indoor Air Solutions is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and free of bleach, ammonia, and VOCs, making it safe for use in both residential and commercial environments.

While every effort is made to ensure safe and effective application, Flicker Indoor Air Solutions cannot be held liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that may result from pre-existing conditions, improper preparation, or unprotected sensitive materials. It is the client’s responsibility to remove, cover, or otherwise protect delicate or moisture-sensitive items before service, including but not limited to: electronics, papers, artwork, fabrics, food items, and unsealed wood surfaces.

Clients are strongly advised to address any known or suspected sources of moisture intrusion—such as leaks, humidity problems, or condensation issues—prior to or immediately following treatment. Persistent moisture can lead to the regrowth of mold and reduce the long-term effectiveness of the antimicrobial process.

By proceeding with service, the client acknowledges understanding of the preparation and post-treatment recommendations and assumes responsibility for ensuring that all areas are properly prepared. No guarantees, expressed or implied, are made regarding the complete elimination of all microorganisms, as results may vary based on environmental conditions and maintenance practices.
