1. Promoter
This offer is organised by PU Tech Ltd T/A PU Wholesale & Distribution and is exclusively for the Federation of Independent Retailers (the Fed).

2. Eligibility
- The offer is for independent retailers operating physical retail stores within England, Scotland and Wales.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over and be the registered owner or authorised representative of a qualifying store.
- This offer applies to existing Fed member who does not currently have an account with PU Wholesale & Distribution.
- Employees of PU Wholesale & Distribution and the Fed and their immediate families are not eligible to join.
- Fed members who have also received free stock from PU Wholesale & Distribution as part of their sign up are not eligible for this offer.

3. Details of the Offer

New retailer must open an account with PU Wholesale & Distribution and order a minimum of £200 (ex. VAT) worth of stock to get a FREE Hayati CDU with £219.80 worth of vapes. The offer ends on December 24th subject to availability.

New retailer can also order a minimum of £100 (ex. VAT) worth of stock to get a FREE Dojo CDU with £159.79 worth of vapes. The CDU is only for the first 500 customers who completes the registration process successfully.
