Players will be placed into teams of four to play the cardio tennis game of triples. Team reveal and triples clinic will be Saturday, November 15 from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. The triples tournament will start at 12:00 p.m.
What is triples?
Triples is a signature cardio tennis game. Triples tennis is fast moving, engaging, and accommodates 8 players per court with tons of touches on the ball. The triples game is 3 vs 3 with one player at net and two players on the baseline; the fourth player is at the fence and rotates in. Players complete a circular rotation after every point.
Triples is played with an orange cardio tennis ball. The orange ball is a lower compression and is the great equalizer; allowing all ability levels to play together in a fun, safe and challenging way. Triples is also played with one to two bounces of the ball, creating more intense rallies.
