    This market is all about bringing together high-vibe makers, earth-based creatives, and wellness practitioners who genuinely want to support a more natural, connected way of living. We’re creating a space where the community can explore handmade spiritual goods, discover natural health tools, and meet artisans and practitioners who put intention into every piece of their work.

    We’re looking for vendors who offer things like:
    • candles, oils, balms, and bath products
    • herbal blends, teas, incense, and plant-based creations
    • handmade jewelry and gemstone pieces
    • pottery, woodworking, ceramics, and spiritual décor
    • original art, prints, and unique spiritual crafts
    • wellness services such as massage, reflexology, and natural body-care sessions

    Gemstones are welcome as part of your handmade work or a few on your table, but full crystal retail or wholesale-style setups aren’t a fit for this event.

    For this event, we will not be accepting any reading-based services or psychic-style sessions. 

    Each vendor space is 8×8 feet, which comfortably fits two 6' tables. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, and display pieces. 

    The market runs January 31st from 11am to 5pm, with set-up from 8:00am to 10:45am. Full set-up instructions will be emailed the week before.

    The booth fee is $50.
    We’re not offering double spaces or larger booth requests at this time.

    All applicants must include at least four product photos with their application. This helps us curate a beautiful, cohesive market experience.

    We’ll be reviewing applications throughout December, and every vendor will receive a response by the end of the month. Please use an email address you check regularly, as all confirmations, payment details, and event information will be sent directly there.

    Vendor Disclaimer & Agreement

    By applying to participate in the Red Deer Spiritual Artisan Market, you agree to the following terms:

    All vendors are responsible for their own safety, belongings, displays, and equipment. Crystals & Sun Signs Co, The Soul Center, and the event organizers are not liable for any injuries, damages, theft, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the event. Vendors are expected to set up and operate in a safe, considerate manner.

    The booth fee is non-refundable once payment has been received, unless the event is fully canceled by the organizer. If a vendor cannot attend, they may transfer their booth to another artisan with prior approval. Transfers without approval are not permitted.

    All vendors are expected to maintain respectful, professional behaviour throughout the event. Harassment, aggressive sales tactics, disruptive conduct, or behaviour that negatively impacts other vendors or guests will result in immediate removal without refund.

    By completing the application and submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
