Step into a cozy, old-fashioned Christmas experience filled with handmade treasures, twinkling lights, and a whole lot of holiday charm. This isn’t just a market — it’s a nostalgic celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and community spirit.
The Shabby Chic Christmas Market will feature local makers and artisans who bring a touch of vintage elegance and cottage warmth to their work. Each booth will be part of creating a magical space where visitors can shop, sip, and soak up the festive atmosphere — all while supporting Whisker Rescue this holiday season.
Vendor Details
• Booth size: will be approx 6x6 with extra room for spacing between vendors, this would accomidate two 6' tables in a L or Horseshoe shape
• Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs
• Set-up: Friday, December 5 from 5–8 PM
• Fee: $100 by e-transfer or cash | $115 if you want to pay by credit card
• Application deadline: October 31 or until spaces are filled
• Vendors will receive unloading and setup instructions one week before the event
Vendor Expectations
To create the cozy, old-world Christmas experience our guests love, vendors are expected to:
• Decorate their booth to reflect the shabby chic holiday theme — think soft vintage tones, warm lighting, and festive details.
• Stay engaged with shoppers — no sitting behind tables on phones during busy times.
• Provide their own insurance (recommended for all vendors; required for food vendors).
Social media presence will be taken into consideration during selection, as we value vendors who help promote and share the event online.
