1. PURPOSE OF SERVICES
Energy Medicine and Integration Coaching are spiritually based modalities designed to support the body, mind, and spirit in natural healing and integration.
Sessions may include energy balancing, intuitive guidance, breathwork, light body alignment, frequency-based tools such as PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy), and spiritual integration support following sacred medicine or personal transformation experiences.
These modalities are not substitutes for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
2. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
Participation in Energy Medicine or Integration Coaching is entirely voluntary.
By engaging in these services, I acknowledge that I am participating of my own free will and accept full responsibility for my physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after each session.
3. SCOPE OF PRACTICE
I understand that the practitioner is not a licensed physician or psychotherapist.
Energy Medicine and Integration Coaching are designed to:
Expand awareness and self-regulation
Support the release of energetic blockages
Rebalance subtle energy fields
Integrate sacred experiences into daily life
Restore connection to Source and authentic self
No diagnosis, prescription, or clinical treatment is provided.
4. PEMF DEVICE SAFETY DISCLOSURE
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy is a non-invasive frequency-based modality designed to support cellular vitality and energetic alignment.
PEMF is generally safe for most individuals; however, the following contraindications apply:
You may not receive PEMF therapy if you:
Are pregnant or suspect pregnancy
Have a history of epilepsy or seizures
Have any implanted electronic or medical devices (e.g., pacemaker or defibrillator)
Have been advised by a licensed provider to avoid electromagnetic therapy
Clients must disclose all relevant health conditions prior to the session.
Failure to disclose contraindications may result in refusal of service for safety reasons.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and sacred.
Information will only be disclosed if required by law or in the event of potential harm to self or others.
6. MEDICAL CONDITIONS & DISCLOSURE
I affirm that I have fully disclosed any relevant mental, emotional, or physical health conditions that may impact participation.
I understand that these services are not medical treatment and are offered as complementary, spiritual, and energetic support.
7. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
I take full responsibility for my healing journey, choices, and integration process.
I release Bufo Healing Sanctuary, its founder, and all affiliates from any liability related to physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual experiences arising from these sessions.
8. ENERGETIC BOUNDARIES & ETHICS
To maintain a sacred and safe energetic field:
Physical touch (if used) is consensual and professional.
Practitioners uphold strict ethical and energetic boundaries.
Clients are encouraged to voice needs or boundaries at any time.
9. AFTERCARE & INTEGRATION SUPPORT
Following a session, clients may experience shifts in energy, emotion, or perception.
It is recommended to:
Hydrate well
Rest and ground
Journal reflections or insights
Continue supportive practices such as meditation or nature connection
Integration may take time; clients are encouraged to honor their personal rhythm and seek additional support as needed.
10. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a $35 fee.
Rescheduling is encouraged to maintain momentum in your healing process.
11. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & RELEASE
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the above terms.
I consent to participate in Energy Medicine and Integration Coaching at Bufo Healing Sanctuary, including the use of PEMF technology when appropriate, with full awareness of its nature, purpose, and contraindications.
