EPO Footbxll: Session Procedures
Group Designation & Schedule
Each athlete will be assigned to Group A or Group B based on age. Please review your athlete’s designated group time carefully and plan to arrive promptly for check-in.
Group A (Ages 6–10):
Athlete Check-In: 11:30 AM
Session Begins: 11:45 AM
Session Ends: 1:45 PM
Athlete Pick-Up: No later than 2:00 PM
Group B (Ages 11–13)
Athlete Check-In: 1:45 PM
Session Begins: 2:00 PM
Session Ends: 4:00 PM
Athlete Pick-Up: No later than 4:15 PM
Player Equipment List:
All athletes are required to arrive prepared and properly equipped for each session.
Required items include:
-Sneakers
-Cleats
-Water bottle
-Inhaler (if needed)
-Athletic shorts and/or pants
-Athletic t-shirt
Beginning after their first month of sessions, all athletes must wear an EPO Footbxll branded shirt during training. This policy helps staff easily identify athletes under EPO supervision and promotes accountability and team pride.

Training is held on the indoor turf field (January–April) and transitions to the outdoor turf field (May–December). Weather conditions may affect field assignments. Please review the Communication Policy below for real-time and emergency updates.
Parent Behavior Expectations
We value our athletes’ experience and the professionalism of our training environment. Please adhere to the following expectations:
-Arrive on time for both drop-off and pick-up. Late arrivals may result in a brief athlete consequence.
-Parents are not permitted on the turf during training. Viewing is welcome from designated areas such as the observation deck, outdoor bleachers, or restaurant area.
-Avoid side conversations with athletes or trainers during sessions. Every minute is dedicated to development.
-Refrain from using profanity or derogatory language.
Do not ridicule or criticize athletes or staff performance during sessions. Feedback may be shared via email at info@epofootbxll.com.
-No verbal or physical altercations with other parents, athletes, or staff.
Unregistered children are not permitted on the turf.
-No drugs, alcohol, smoking, or vaping on the premises.
-Photos and videos are welcome, but please avoid obstructing athletes or staff.
-Please refrain from public displays of affection while on-site to maintain a professional, youth-centered environment.
Player Behavior Expectations
Athletes are expected to represent EPO Footbxll with discipline, respect, and enthusiasm.
-No trash talk — we grow together.
-Players may explore any position of interest. Parents and athletes are encouraged to discuss changes before sessions.
-Arrive on time and ready to train.
-Follow the equipment requirements or face a brief consequence.
-No fighting, swearing, or arguing with trainers.
-Most importantly — have fun and give your best effort.
