Top Producers Information
- Team Application Fee: $100 (Required - includes one individual registration for the Gala dinner and the Team award)
- Phoenix Awards: Additional $100 (Optional fee for each member that individually qualifies for Phoenix-10 years, Crystal-20 years, and Diamond-30 years recipients)
- Event Guest and Team Member Registration Fees: $65
  We will notify you when guest registration opens.
- The Awards Gala is on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 5 PM.

For all transactions not listed in FMLS or GAMLS, applicant must submit at the time of application to the COE, the following: 1) Sales must include page one of the closing disclosure and the signature page of the contract for each transaction that is being claimed towards COE; 2) Leases/Rentals must include the portion of the rental/lease that includes the property address and term of the lease, termination page, and signature page.
