VENDOR INFORMATION

Vendor set up 8:00am 9:30 am

• Booth size: 10x10 Requests for larger booth space will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed.Electricity is limited (please let me know if you need to be near a place that has electrictity)
• All vendors must provide their own table, chairs, tent, etc. If you are brining a tent, be sure to bring weights as there will be no place to put stakes into the ground..
• Alcohol, weapons, drugs, or drug paraphernalia are strictly prohibited.
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup and cleanup (including removing all trash at the end of the event). All setup must be completed by 9:30 am, and all vehicles moved to the designated vendor parking area (TBD).
• This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given. The event hosts are not liable or responsible for delays, cancellation, pr postponement of the event or events within due to inclement weather, acts of war, government action, or strikes.
