Marketing Strategist / Growth Manager
Location: Franklin, TN
Company: The Shawn Ryan Show & Related Ventures
About Us
The Shawn Ryan Show is one of the fastest-growing long-form podcasts in America, reaching millions of viewers and listeners monthly. Beyond the show, we’re building a portfolio of new ventures — from products to media properties.
We’re looking for a marketing strategist who can connect the dots between our podcast, our audience, and our broader business ecosystem. You’ll own seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and creative integrations that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple verticals.
What You’ll Do
- Scope and implement marketing initiatives across the podcast and other related brands.
- Build and execute campaigns for seasonal moments (Black Friday, holidays, major episodes, etc.).
- Develop and manage content marketing calendars, ensuring marketing themes align with upcoming guests, launches, and product timelines.
- Identify and oversee opportunities for cross promotions in our content library.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, creative, and partnerships teams to prioritize and execute initiatives.
- Analyze performance and propose optimizations based on audience data and sales outcomes.
- Stay ahead of trends in content marketing, podcasting, and e-commerce promotions.
Who You Are
- A creative, self-directed marketer who can turn broad goals into actionable campaigns.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two weeks are the same.
- Hands-on with campaign management tools (email platforms, paid media, social scheduling, etc.).
- Understands the intersection of media, storytelling, and commerce.
- Strong communicator who can take initiative and thrive with limited structure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with podcast marketing, DTC, or lifestyle/e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of paid media strategy (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google).
- Light creative or copywriting experience for campaign assets.
Why This Role Is Exciting
You’ll be helping shape the marketing foundation of a growing media brand that’s branching into entirely new verticals. From the show itself to new product lines and seasonal promotions, you’ll play a central role in building and connecting all the pieces.
