Period of Consideration: January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025

Candidate Eligibility Criteria:

• Nominees must be a member of the Georgia Upstate Lakes Board of REALTORS® in good standing currently and during the period of consideration.
• Candidates must have sold a minimum $1,000,000 during the period of consideration
  • List and sell of property = credit of 100% of sales price
  • List or sell of property = credit of 100% of sales price

Applications that do not adhere to the above criteria will automatically be eliminated. No exceptions will be made.

There is no 'grace period' provided for application submission. If your application is past the deadline on January 30th by 5:00 pm, it will not be considered.

Team Applications:

Applicants who are practicing as part of a team that is recognized by their broker can choose to submit sales volume for the team. For all team sales, the sales price of the property will be divided evenly among all members of the team. 

Example: If two agents on a team represent the buyer's side of a $100,000 transaction, each team member would receive $50,000 volume credit for the transaction.

Agent's brokers will need to approve all team submissions as they do for individual agents. The Awards committee will decide how to sequence any team awards based on who submits.
