Toast on the Coast takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 4pm to 9pm. Please plan to serve wine, beer or spirits from 4:00pm to 7:00pm in General Admission. We are expecting approximately 900 attendees. Each participant is to bring enough tastings for at least 500 people. (We estimate 3 cases of wine or 5 cases of beer/2 kegs.) You're welcome to continue service after the live auction ends and the headline band plays. The event will end at approximately 9:00 pm. SET UP: 2:00pm to 4:00pm

- LOGO - please send high resolution jpg or png file to diane@pvpef.org or upload below
- Wine/beer/spirits tastings for a minimum of 500 attendees
- Servers
- Wine Opener/Tap (if bringing keg)
- Cooler for Ice (if needed)
- Marketing Materials (brochure/business card)
- Item for Golden Ticket - examples include: wine flight, gift card, gift basket with swag, wine club membership, etc.
